Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for what you may and may not do on Iconzon. It forms part of your agreement with us and works together with our Terms of Use (including Section 6— Prohibited Use of AI and Content Generation), Privacy Policy, and Trust & Safety overview.
1. Permitted use
1.1 Iconzon is intended for legitimate business marketing, brand management, and related creative workflows—for example campaigns, social content, and assets for products or services you are authorized to promote.
1.2 You may create content for fictional personas, stylized brand characters, illustrations, or scenarios that do not falsely identify real individuals, and you may use authorized brand assets (including likeness rights or talent agreements) where you have proper permission.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
In addition to the Terms of Use, you must not use the Platform to:
- Generate or replicate real individuals (including celebrities, public figures, or private persons without clear, lawful rights and disclosure where required)
- Create deepfakes, impersonation, or other misleading identity-based content
- Produce adult, sexual, or explicit material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or sexualizes minors
- Run deceptive, unfair, or harmful ads or commercial practices
- Violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other personal rights of any third party
The detailed list in the Terms (e.g. Section 5.2) also applies. If there is a conflict between summaries in this AUP and the Terms, the Terms control.
3. Technical and operational rules
3.1 You must not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Platform's or providers' rate limits, quotas, safety controls, or authentication.
3.2 You must not use the Services to send spam, harvest data without authorization, probe or disrupt systems, or run workloads unrelated to legitimate use of Iconzon.
3.3 You must not resell or broadly redistribute raw model access in a way that bypasses our product, or use outputs to build a competing generative service, except as we expressly allow in writing.
4. Enforcement
4.1 We may remove or restrict content, throttle usage, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe you violated this AUP, the Terms, applicable law, or payment or platform policies.
4.2 We may cooperate with platforms, processors, or authorities where required or appropriate. See Trust & Safety for how we generally approach review and enforcement.
4.3 You are responsible for human review and approval before publishing or spending ad budgets, where such review is legally or commercially required for your business.
