Refund Policy – ICONZON Platform
Official Legal Document
Effective Date: November 2025
Last Updated: April 2026
This Refund Policy is issued by TCI GROUP LTD and forms part of your agreement when using the Iconzon Platform. It supplements the Terms of Use. If anything in this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Use regarding payments or refunds, the Terms of Use control unless this Policy explicitly states otherwise.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to fees paid for subscriptions and other paid Services offered through the Iconzon Platform, as described in the Terms of Use.
2. What subscription fees cover
Subscription fees cover access to the Platform and consumption of AI processing, infrastructure, and third-party API usage included in your plan. These costs are incurred immediately upon use and are therefore non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Free trial
The Platform may offer a free trial period at our sole discretion. The duration of the trial may vary. No payment is collected during the trial. You may cancel the trial at any time with no obligation to continue to a paid plan.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, the rules in Section 4 and Section 5 apply from the first charge.
4. Post-trial and paid subscriptions
Once a paid subscription begins (including after any free trial), all fees are non-refundable. Subscription charges reflect immediate consumption of AI processing, API usage, and infrastructure tied to your account and plan. Those resources cannot be recovered, reversed, or reallocated once consumed, which is why we do not refund fees for the current or past billing periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. No refunds (general)
5.1 Subject to Sections 2–4 and applicable law, no refunds of any kind will be issued, including but not limited to: mistakes, regret, unused calendar time in a billing period, performance issues, incompatibility, or changes in third-party platform policies.
5.2 By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you acknowledge that all payments are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Cancellations
You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Terms of Use for further details on subscriptions.
7. No refund after usage
7.1 Once you have used the Services in a billed period— including, for example, logging into paid features, consuming AI or generative processing, spending credits or allowances, making API-backed generations, or otherwise causing the Platform to incur compute, model, or third-party API costs—fees for that usage and for that billing cycle are earned and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7.2 If you cancel after a charge has processed, you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for (where applicable), but you are not entitled to money back for that period simply because you stop using the Platform mid-cycle, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Free trial, paid subscription, and usage
8.1 Free trial. During an active free trial, no subscription fee is collected. If the trial converts to a paid plan, Sections 4–7 and 9 apply from the first successful charge.
8.2 Paid subscription. Paid plans are generally billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually, as shown at checkout). Each successful charge covers the stated subscription term.
8.3 Usage, credits, and add-ons. Where the Platform provides usage-based limits, credits, top-ups, or metered features, amounts are consumed when you use the feature. Consumed usage and depleted credits are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Unused time or unused portions of a credit bundle are not cashed out.
9. Subscription renewals and partial periods
9.1 Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through Polar's billing portal or as described in the Terms of Use. You must cancel before the next renewal charge if you do not want to be billed again.
9.2 We do not provide refunds for an already-billed subscription period because you used the Platform only part of the month or year, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9.3 We do not offer prorated refunds for canceling mid-cycle. If we ever offer a partial credit or adjustment, it is discretionary and not a guarantee of future practice.
10. Billing questions and error reports
10.1 How to contact us. For subscription, invoice, or payment questions, email support@iconzon.com from the email associated with your account and include relevant dates, invoice or transaction identifiers (if any), and a clear description of the issue.
10.2 Timelines. We aim to send an initial acknowledgement within five (5) business days and a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. These are goals, not guarantees. Complexity, verification, or processor constraints may extend handling time.
10.3 Submitting a billing inquiry does not mean a refund will be issued. Remedies are assessed under this Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable law.
11. Abuse and bad-faith refund requests
11.1 We may refuse refunds or credits where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith—for example: heavy or unusual usage followed by a refund demand; attempts to circumvent limits or policies; chargeback "double dip"; ban evasion; or patterns that impose disproportionate cost on the Platform or providers.
11.2 Nothing in this Policy limits our right to suspend or terminate accounts under the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or Trust & Safety overview.
