Max & AI assistant

Do the following steps in order:

How to chat with Max

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

On desktop: in the side menu, find the «Max» item.

2

Step 2

On mobile: use the bottom navigation or full menu to open «Max».

3

Step 3

Tap «Max» — the chat panel opens.

4

Step 4

Type your message in your interface language (Hebrew or English).

5

Step 5

To paste text: focus the input and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).

6

Step 6

To attach a file from your device: use the attach button if shown in the chat.

7

Step 7

To attach from the media library: open the media picker and select an image or video.

8

Step 8

When Max shows quick-reply buttons, tap the one that matches your answer.

9

Step 9

Before creating a campaign, publishing a post, or changing live budget, you must confirm — only approve if you intend the action.

Summary & tips

When you build a campaign in chat, Max guides you through stages (creative identity, intensity, regions, avatars, media, etc.). If something is unclear, ask for a short explanation or open the matching topic in this help center.

What you can ask Max (what the app supports today)

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Sponsored campaigns: build or update drafts — name, budget, objective, destination URL, pixel, lead forms, pages, audiences, ads, sync to Meta — only after you approve.

2

Step 2

Existing campaigns: pause, resume, fix a missing URL after a publish error, tweak an ad or audience — again with approval before execution.

3

Step 3

Images & visual ads: when you clearly ask to «generate an image» or a designed ad — not when you only say «create the campaign» (that runs the full campaign flow).

4

Step 4

Performance: campaign summaries, custom date ranges, breakdowns (platform, geo, age, gender, creative assets, hour of day, etc.) based on what Meta returns.

5

Step 5

Market research: web search (Tavily) for competitors, trends, news — often combined with your account data when both are needed.

6

Step 6

Organic posting: publish to connected networks, including images created in chat — only after you approve the publish action.

Summary & tips

Everything depends on your connections (Meta ad account, pages, Instagram). Max should not act without approval. On Meta errors (billing, policy, connection), Max can explain next steps and point you to Connections or campaign edit.

Getting started

Do the following steps in order:

Dashboard (home)

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Pick the correct brand in the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar — data is scoped to the active brand and organization.

2

Step 2

The home page shows an overview and shortcuts (as implemented for your account).

3

Step 3

Navigate to Create, Campaigns, Analytics, etc. from the sidebar on desktop or the mobile footer menu.

Summary & tips

On mobile the main navigation is in the bottom bar; on desktop it is the side column (right side in RTL).

Create menu — what each entry does

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

«Create campaign» — full Meta ads wizard (Max AI mode or manual build).

2

Step 2

«Boost post» — turn an existing Facebook or Instagram page post into a promoted ad.

3

Step 3

«Create post» — write / AI-assist, attach media, publish or schedule to selected networks.

4

Step 4

«Create image» — AI image flow in three steps: idea, design, result.

Summary & tips

Items marked unavailable or hidden may still be in development. Before ads or boost, confirm Meta and ad accounts are set up under Connections.

Content & media

Do the following steps in order:

Create post — wizard walkthrough

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Start: choose manual mode or AI-assisted mode.

2

Step 2

In AI mode, describe the post (optional inspiration images, brand alignment) and generate per on-screen actions.

3

Step 3

Platforms: select which connected accounts to publish to and the post type — feed, story, carousel, or reel where supported.

4

Step 4

Platform settings: fill network-specific options (e.g. TikTok privacy, comments, branded content flags).

5

Step 5

Content: write copy, add images/video from the library or upload. Open the Max content helper if you want AI help for text or images.

6

Step 6

Review: check previews per network, choose publish now or pick a future schedule.

7

Step 7

Publish: confirm; if something fails (disconnected account, story missing media, etc.), read the toast/message, fix, retry.

Summary & tips

Stories usually need exactly one image or video. Carousels need at least two images. For video on Instagram/Facebook you can pick a cover frame or upload a custom thumbnail.

Create image (AI)

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Create → Create image.

2

Step 2

Idea step: describe the image, optional text-on-image, reference images, optional persona from the brand.

3

Step 3

Design step: pick style (e.g. realistic, minimalist, bold ad), lighting, and resolution.

4

Step 4

Result step: generate; then refine with a prompt, undo refinement, download, or save to the library.

Summary & tips

Separate from «Create campaign»: asking Max only for an image triggers image generation, while «create the campaign» runs the campaign wizard.

Create text (AI)

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Create → Create text (when available in your menu) or open the text creation route from the dashboard.

2

Step 2

Purpose: pick text type — social post, ad copy, email, blog intro, product description, or landing page.

3

Step 3

Brand: confirm or adjust brand context so tone matches.

4

Step 4

Persona (optional): pick a brand persona to aim the copy at that audience.

5

Step 5

Style: choose target platform, length (short/medium/long), and tone (professional, friendly, persuasive, etc.).

6

Step 6

Enter a topic or brief, generate; you can ask for a refinement pass on the result.

7

Step 7

Copy the output into a post, ad, or Max.

Summary & tips

Nothing publishes automatically — this is a drafting helper you paste elsewhere.

Create video (UGC / AI)

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Create → Create video when your workspace exposes that path.

2

Step 2

Describe the idea, product, or scene per the wizard fields.

3

Step 3

Start generation and wait for processing (progress is shown in the UI).

4

Step 4

When done: preview, download, or save to the media library from the buttons.

5

Step 5

If an «extend video» flow exists, you can append a continuation with a separate prompt (limits are shown on screen).

Summary & tips

Prompt quality matters; English prompts often work best with external video models. Large jobs can take a while.

My posts

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Open «My posts» from the menu.

2

Step 2

See posts published through Iconzon — status, dates, and actions as shown.

3

Step 3

Return to drafts or retry publish when the UI allows.

Summary & tips

Posts published only on Facebook/Instagram outside Iconzon will not appear here.

Media library

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Open «Media library».

2

Step 2

Upload new files or pick assets generated earlier (e.g. AI images).

3

Step 3

When composing a post or ad, attach from the library instead of re-uploading every time.

Summary & tips

Media is tied to the active org/brand. Very old assets without an organization may not show in the filtered library.

Prompt guide

Do the following steps in order:

Full path: realistic video with your AI presenter

Visual layout, short lines, and copy-ready examples — so you see what to click and what to type.

Schematic graphic: presenter, stills, and video flow

In Iconzon you do not need a studio or crew to start.

Set the presenter once, create a few stills in AI Image Studio, then add motion in AI Video Studio — the app links everything for you.

The steps

1/6

Step 1 — Brand presenter

  • Open Settings and the brand wizard.
  • Go to the Brand presenter step.
  • Upload up to four photos of the same person — or generate a face on the AI tab.
  • Goal: a clear, consistent face; this identity feeds every studio.
2/6

Step 2 — AI Image Studio

  • Create → AI Image Studio.
  • The presenter is already linked — no need to pick it again.
  • Generate several looks: mirror selfie, facing camera, new angle or lighting.
  • More readable facial detail usually means steadier video.
3/6

Step 3 — Realistic / UGC look

  • On that screen, use the sliders: style, lighting, camera awareness, camera type, realism.
  • Aim for phone capture, lifestyle, or UGC.
  • If the still looks plastic, video will too — tweak and regenerate.
4/6

Step 4 — AI Video Studio

  • Create → AI Video Studio.
  • Describe in plain words: where they are, what they do, how the camera moves.
  • Prefer small motion: breath, gaze, blink — not big acting.
5/6

Step 5 — Product (optional)

  • Attach a product image in the video wizard if you need it.
  • Or pick a catalog product so the presenter holds or shows it naturally.
6/6

Step 6 — Finish

  • After render: preview, save to the media library, or download.
  • Then Create post, ads, or trim / caption elsewhere if you want.

Example prompts — copy and adapt to your presenter

Image studio — short lines

  • Vertical lifestyle by a dark wooden door, yellow floral halter, white crochet skirt, soft daylight.
  • Mirror selfie, pink halter, flower in hair, delicate gold jewelry, soft indoor light.
  • Mirror selfie, white ribbed tank, grey sweatpants, over-ear headphones, minimal space, no-filter phone look.
  • Marble bathroom mirror, orange-yellow striped set, gold jewelry, bright even lighting.

Video studio — short lines

  • Driver seat, talking calmly to camera, mostly locked-off framing, subtle handheld sway.
  • Café terrace, both hands on a cup, natural breath and blink, quiet street background.
  • Walking at blue hour, glance sideways then back to lens, slow pace, no dramatic zoom.
  • Urban balcony, striped shirt, sweater on shoulders, soft smile, blurred background.

Paid ads & campaigns

Do the following steps in order:

Sponsored campaign — end to end

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Entry: Create → Create campaign, or open an existing draft from Campaigns.

2

Step 2

Pick mode at the top: «Max AI» (default) or «Manual — I build myself».

3

Step 3

AI — Step 1 «Prompt»: describe what to promote, optional URL or catalog product, brand personas, and the «Say to Max» field for extra guidance.

4

Step 4

After submit, a short transition runs while Max analyzes; when done you land on «Validation & settings» automatically.

5

Step 5

Validation & settings: choose ad account, Facebook page and Instagram actor, platforms, campaign type (leads, sales, traffic, etc.), precise destination (new/existing lead form, website + pixel, WhatsApp…), budget (daily or lifetime), budget optimization (CBO vs ABO), dates, pixel and conversion event when required.

6

Step 6

Strategy: pick one of Max's strategy options and the strategy tier (affects how many audiences / ad sets).

7

Step 7

Build — part A | Audiences: per audience set name, age, gender, locations (at least one location each), interests, custom or lookalike audiences, Advantage+ toggle, per-ad-set budget if ABO.

8

Step 8

Build — part B | Ads: pick media source — Max, library, upload, or existing page post; fill headline, primary text, description, CTA and destination URL as needed; multiple lines enable Dynamic Creative; pick placements (automatic or manual).

9

Step 9

Review: check the preview, fix validation errors, save draft or click «Publish to Meta».

10

Step 10

If publish fails, read the error — often missing URL, billing in Meta, or targeting issues; update fields and retry.

Summary & tips

Manual mode skips Max prompt + strategy: Campaign settings → Audiences → Ads → Review. After a successful publish the campaign appears in Campaigns and in Meta Ads Manager.

Boost post

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Create → Boost post.

2

Step 2

Step 1: choose Facebook or Instagram; if you have multiple pages/accounts, pick the right one; then select a post from the list.

3

Step 3

Step 2: pick objective — engagement, awareness, or traffic. Traffic requires a destination URL and CTA. Set daily budget, optional end date, automatic or custom audience (age, gender, locations, interests), optional pixel.

4

Step 4

Step 3: review details and confirm publish to Meta.

Summary & tips

Requires an active Facebook/Instagram connection and ad account permissions. Instagram video boosts may route through Facebook processing — follow any on-screen notices.

Campaign review before Meta publish

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

You reach the review screen after the campaign wizard or Max, or via a review link from chat.

2

Step 2

Per avatar / ad set: check headline, primary text, description, and image; edit manually or fix/regenerate creative.

3

Step 3

If there are multiple copy variations, skim them before approval.

4

Step 4

Save as draft keeps the campaign in Iconzon without publishing to Meta; reopen anytime from the list.

5

Step 5

Approve & publish to Meta only after checks; on errors read the message (URL, billing, policy) and fix.

6

Step 6

After a successful publish, track status in the campaign list and Meta Ads Manager.

Summary & tips

Do not publish if required fields are missing or if the objective does not match the creative (e.g. lead form vs website link).

Campaigns hub & sub-menu

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Campaigns lists all org campaigns; open a row for edit, status, and Meta sync.

2

Step 2

Pause or activate from the campaign screen or ask Max — updates apply after you confirm and may resync.

3

Step 3

Audiences submenu: create custom audiences — lead form activity, Facebook page engagement, Instagram engagement, or lookalike from a source audience + country/ratio; saving creates them in Meta for targeting.

4

Step 4

Lead forms: manage forms for lead ads; you can build a form with questions and thank-you screens per the UI.

5

Step 5

Pixel & dataset: view, create, or connect Meta pixels needed for website conversions.

Summary & tips

If the Meta connection expired, disconnect and reconnect under Connections before publishing.

Custom audiences

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Campaigns → Audiences.

2

Step 2

Click create audience and pick a type: lead form, Facebook page engagement, Instagram engagement, or lookalike.

3

Step 3

Lead form: pick a form and event (opened, submitted, dropped) and optionally limit countries.

4

Step 4

Page / Instagram engagement: pick the page or account and engagement type; optionally restrict to specific posts.

5

Step 5

Lookalike: pick a source audience, country, and similarity ratio; saving creates the audience in Meta.

6

Step 6

Requires an active connected ad account — otherwise lists or creation will fail.

Summary & tips

These saved audiences appear in the campaign wizard under custom / saved audience selection.

Lead forms

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Campaigns → Lead forms.

2

Step 2

See Meta-synced forms or create a new one.

3

Step 3

For a new form: name, privacy policy URL, form language, questions (drag to reorder), thank-you screen and optional button.

4

Step 4

You may use Max to draft screening questions when the UI offers it.

5

Step 5

Save and publish to Meta per the flow; the form is then selectable in lead campaigns.

6

Step 6

Lead Ads terms in Meta must be accepted once per account — follow any link the app shows.

Summary & tips

Lead campaigns need a matching Facebook page and form; common errors are also covered under Meta errors below.

Meta pixel & dataset

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Campaigns → Pixel & dataset.

2

Step 2

View existing pixels or create a new one — name and ID appear in the list.

3

Step 3

Domain verification and event setup happen in Meta Events Manager; ensure the pixel fires events.

4

Step 4

In website/sales campaigns select the pixel and conversion event from the lists.

5

Step 5

If a pixel is missing, revisit Connections and confirm scopes include pixel management.

Summary & tips

Without a healthy pixel, website conversions are hard to measure; store analytics may also appear if a store connection exists.

Reports & analytics

Do the following steps in order:

Analytics

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Open Analytics and pick a data source (Meta ad account, store connection if listed, etc.).

2

Step 2

Choose a date range (e.g. 7d, 30d).

3

Step 3

Refresh if needed; review metrics, charts, and breakdowns supported by that integration.

4

Step 4

If there is a separate store tab (e.g. Shopify), switch there for the same dates to see commerce metrics when configured.

Summary & tips

No data? Check the connection, that campaigns actually ran in the range, and that Meta sync completed.

Common Meta errors & what to do

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

When publish fails, read the full toast or banner — codes or keys sometimes appear.

2

Step 2

Expired connection (190): disconnect and reconnect under Connections.

3

Step 3

No payment method on Meta: add billing in Meta Billing Center and retry.

4

Step 4

Missing destination URL or form: return to ad or campaign edit and complete required fields.

5

Step 5

Targeting rejected (e.g. non-numeric region): remove and re-add locations via search, not raw abbreviations alone.

6

Step 6

Policy block: adjust copy or creative to comply with Meta ad policies.

7

Step 7

Iconzon may show suggested fixes for specific codes — match them to your error text.

Summary & tips

If the same error persists after fixes, contact support with a screenshot and timestamp.

Integrations

Do the following steps in order:

Connections — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Open Connections; for each platform click connect or reconnect.

2

Step 2

Facebook / Instagram OAuth: approve permissions in Meta's window; you return to Iconzon when done.

3

Step 3

After Facebook, if a page lacks an ad account, a dialog may open to pick Business Manager and ad accounts — complete it.

4

Step 4

Select which ad accounts belong to the organization when multiple are offered.

5

Step 5

TikTok: connect for organic posting; paid TikTok ads are not shown as supported on the ads cards.

6

Step 6

WhatsApp: can start from a special link (e.g. ?connect=whatsapp) or in-app flows — complete Meta consent.

7

Step 7

Problems: disconnect and reconnect; for permission errors approve extended scopes in Meta.

Summary & tips

Without a valid Meta connection and ad account you cannot publish campaigns or boost posts.

Brand & organization

Do the following steps in order:

Brands, workspace & switching

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

At the top of the sidebar you see the brand switcher with the active brand name.

2

Step 2

Click to open the list of brands you can access in the organization.

3

Step 3

Pick another brand to load its data, media, and campaigns — a short loading state may appear.

4

Step 4

Create new brand starts the brand wizard (see its guide).

5

Step 5

If you belong to multiple organizations, confirm you're in the right one before publishing.

Summary & tips

Media uploads attach to whichever brand is active at upload time.

Add a new brand

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

In the sidebar brand area, open the brand list.

2

Step 2

Choose create new brand (wording may be «Create new brand»).

3

Step 3

Complete the brand wizard from step 1 through the last step (basics, website, identity, audience, personas, insights, goals, products) — you can save partial info and return later.

4

Step 4

Save; the brand appears in the list and you can switch to it.

Summary & tips

How many brands you can have depends on your plan. At the limit you must upgrade or consolidate brands.

Add and manage products

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Settings → Products step (last step of the brand wizard, after goals).

2

Step 2

Add a row: name, description, optional price, landing URL.

3

Step 3

Save the wizard; edit anytime by returning to this step.

4

Step 4

Products power Max and the optional product picker in AI campaign input.

Summary & tips

Richer product data yields better copy and suggestions.

Personas (avatars) and product links

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Settings → Personas step (after the general target audience step).

2

Step 2

Add up to four ideal customer profiles: name, age, job, interests, etc.

3

Step 3

Link each persona to products from your list (once products exist).

4

Step 4

Save. In Max-driven campaigns you can choose which personas drive creative splits.

Summary & tips

When Max builds campaigns, each persona may map to its own ad set — refresh personas when your market shifts.

Account & support

Do the following steps in order:

Account settings & language

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Open Account settings from the user menu (sidebar bottom or mobile menu).

2

Step 2

Update name, profile photo, phone, and password in the relevant cards.

3

Step 3

Pick interface language — Hebrew or English; layout direction updates automatically.

Summary & tips

Interface language influences Max defaults. For plan and billing details see Subscription & billing.

Subscription & billing

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Account settings shows current plan: name, price, and renewal date.

2

Step 2

Upgrade or plan changes follow the buttons or links shown (often via Polar or an external billing page).

3

Step 3

A downgrade to «one brand» may ask which brand to keep — others lose access.

4

Step 4

Organization deletion is only available when you're the sole member — read the warning.

5

Step 5

For invoices or recurring charges use support or the linked customer portal when available.

Summary & tips

Without an active subscription you cannot access the protected dashboard — you'll be redirected per site policy.

Contact support

Walkthrough — step by step

1

Step 1

Open Contact us from the user menu or account area.

2

Step 2

Pick a reason (technical support, sales, cancellation, etc.).

3

Step 3

Fill name, email, phone if needed, and a clear message.

4

Step 4

Submit — you'll see confirmation; the team responds per service SLAs.

Summary & tips

For billing or plan changes choose the matching reason so routing is faster.
